Our Postgraduate Virtual Open Week is an ideal opportunity for you to hear about the University from wherever you are. You will find out about our extensive range of postgraduate study opportunities, support and facilities to help you thrive throughout your studies in this beautiful and vibrant capital city.

What to expect from the Postgraduate Virtual Open Week

At the Virtual Open Week you’ll be able to find out about the study opportunities available, the support you can expect from us, and the experience of current students. Through an online platform, Blackboard Collaborate, you can ask questions and hear from staff and current students. On average each session last an hour. Sessions include:

  • Subject area talks
  • Student Panels
  • Introduction to the University of Edinburgh
  • How to write an effective application
  • Student support services sessions
  • Academic support
  • Student life
