We offer nine core modules and a project which gives you the opportunity to apply your knowledge directly.
You learn to develop your leadership skills by understanding how to bring a business and people together to troubleshoot challenges successfully. You find methods to negotiate successfully and communicate well to ensure success and clear direction. Along with driving business success you identify trends and you gain the knowledge, skills and understanding about how to apply your leadership and management capabilities to many situations in a global environment.
The Executive MBA is delivered in Shanghai over long weekends in September or January over eight weeks of part time study over two years. You benefit from academic and business experts, and you learn by a mix of group work, case studies, discussion, supervision and research.
An MBA will allow you to apply your skills to any business scenario from start up, pushing high growth towards sustainability, exploring innovation and commercialisation, transforming a business, extending its relevance and acquiring new markets. You become adept at driving innovation, change and transformation and steering a business successfully around many obstacles. You will also have the ability to work globally, managing different teams around the world in different aspects of your business.
