The Weekend MBA was designed to offer maximum flexibility to working professionals, while maintaining strict quality standards and offering an executive – level learning experience. The great advantage of the combination of working and studying is that allows participants to apply learned concepts and frameworks immediately in their daily jobs. Classes take place 2 weekends per month (Friday evening and Saturday). The duration of the Weekend-MBA is two years.
Each module opens with a leadership workshop, during which students learn new concepts and theories of leadership. Over the course of the program, students engage in a leadership journey, which with an on-going cycle of practice and reflection, allows them to nurture their own leadership styles.
Final exam: Consulting Project
The final exam of the Weekend MBA is a consulting project where LSB collaborates with startups from different sectors. This project provides students the opportunity to apply all the acquired knowledge throughout the degree: students must diagnose and solve existing issues in a real company based in Luxembourg.
